Chicken-Egg Pie

While mein lieber Mann is having a drinking trip to Hungary, I decided to make a delicious pie. The recipe was originally taken from this website (will be useful for you if you can read russian); her recipes ALWAYS work perfectly!

So, first I fried 400g of chicken filet with 1 big onion (approximately 15 min):


Then mix 3 boiled eggs (sliced) + young onion (sliced) + 200g grated cheese:


 Make a dough: mix 200g butter (softened) + 150g beer (any), then add 400g flour. Separate on 3 parts. Roll out first part of the dough. Put it into the form (oil the form a little bit first!).


Put chicken onto the dough.


Roll the second part of the dough. Put it on top of the chicken. Wrap the edges. Put eggs/onion/cheese mixture.


Roll the last part of the dough. Put it on top. If needed, lubricate with a yolk, or sour cream (recommended). Make holes for the air (with a fork).


Bake in the oven (180 degrees) for 40-50 minutes. And yes, don't forget to add salt/pepper during the preparation! :)

P.S. Total preparation time - not less than 2 hours. But it's totally worthy!! :)
